The location of this hotel next to La Spezia Centrale train station was marvelous and convenient. Torakiki restaurant was just a short stroll away from the venue.

the stay here was fairly nice, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with exceptionally nice location near to la spezia railway station and la spezia centrale. we were there for 2 nights and felt would stay again and again.

I always choose this place. Staff returned my forgotten hairbrush. Suits perfectly: Wi-Fi, TV, kettle, pets allowed, AC. Coming back for romantic escape. No regrets.

I had a fantastic stay at Lia Rooms 3! The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the central train station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring Cinqueterre and the surrounding areas. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a water kettle and some tea bags and instant coffee. The access to the common fridge was also very useful. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent, and I appreciated the daily cleaning service. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience during my stay at Lia Rooms 3.

I chose to stay at this hotel for a seminar I was attending, as it provided a convenient location near the city center. The room was clean and spacious, and the shared bathroom was well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the helpful and friendly staff. it was a great accommodation for my work trip.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or desk in the room. It would have been helpful to have a designated area where I could comfortably work and be productive during my stay.

They didn't charge us any extra and even helped me retrieve my passport when I accidentally left it behind. it was a great experience during our New Year's stay.

Communication could be improved, as it was a bit confusing to contact the host and arrange for key pickup. There was also a slight issue with cleanliness, as the room floor was a bit sandy.
